Work involves knowledge, interpretation, and the application of motor vehicle laws, policies, and procedures. Other duties as required.Pay Grade 7

REQUIRED TRAINING/EDUCATION Graduation from standard high school or the equivalent REQUIRED EXPERIENCENo experience required. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: All applicants must consent to fingerprinting and a criminal background investigation.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Explains forms, fees, taxes, and any other charges applicable. • Process incoming mail, prep documents for entry, processing, and scanning.• Scan documents, index, and verify in the records management system.• Verify accuracy of information submitted prior to processing.• Process credit card payments by telephone or through the web service.• Process mail and online work daily, address changes, information requests, renewals, title work and FOIA requests.• Enters data into the computer to access previous data and update new file information as appropriate.• Assist with office duties related to the administrative functions of the section as necessary.
