MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
2. Valid Driver's License
EXPERIENCE:
1. Five (5) years' experience in a health care provider or consultant setting with demonstrated leadership of strategic planning and business development efforts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master of Business Administration, Integrated Marketing Communications, or Health Administration.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Two (2) years' project management experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
2. Experience in hospitals and/or healthcare or healthcare consulting.
3. Experience and success in working collaboratively with physicians and other members of senior leadership to achieve goals.

1. Interfaces with RNI Leadership and other groups to identify clinical, research, and educational opportunities.
2. Acts as a consultant to physicians and departmental administrators in developing new strategic business opportunities and developing new outreach and telehealth sites.
3. Develops and implements sustainable business models for clinical services. Creates and tracks dashboards to monitor business development metrics and identify market changes or opportunities, in collaboration with support teams.
4. Supports execution of the RNI's initiatives through effective program and project management.
5. Works with acquisition, operations, and other functional areas to make recommendations based on information discovered during analysis and diligence of these strategic transactions.
6. Supports RNI Leadership in identifying opportunities to expand clinical services in primary and secondary areas. Helps advance the organization's mission by finding opportunities for education and research at affiliated sites across the U.S
7. Collaborates with Payer and Network Contracting leaders to align contracting with coordinated value- based healthcare delivery programs.
8. Collaborates with Strategy and Business Development leaders to identify continuum requirements, provider partnership options and potential risk-based arrangements.
9. Promotes transformational care models within the context of evolving reimbursement models.
10. Assists RNI Leadership with the development of business plans, including market analysis, pro forma financial analyses and feasibility studies for new business initiatives.
11. Oversees initiatives to meet referring physicians' needs, including expanding the Epic affiliate link, conducting follow-ups, facilitating patient acceptance, exploring partnerships like ACO inclusion, and improving medical transportation accessibility.
12. Sets clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the engagement team.
13. Monitors, evaluates, and provides feedback on individual and team performance.
14. Provides guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
