The Regional Finance Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial operations and supervising district financial clerks across an assigned region.
In this role, the Regional Finance Supervisor will be responsible for:
Leading and supporting a regional team of 5-10 district financial clerks located across the assigned region.
Delivering training, guidance, and day-to-day support to team members.
Managing employee leave requests and performance evaluations.
Overseeing procurement and purchasing of goods and services.
Reviewing and processing travel reimbursement requests.
Evaluating all p-card charges made by BFA card holders.
Compiling, analyzing, and presenting various financial reports.
Supporting management staff with questions or issues regarding district expenditures, vendors, payments, financial or travel policy, or employee reimbursements.
Other duties as assigned.
