Assist clients in becoming self-sufficient via department services and community programs. Complete assessments and activity placements. Must process applications and conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews within program requirements. Analyze and interpret aptitude test results to direct the development of employment goals for applicants. Make referrals to appropriate agencies when necessary. Work must adhere to policies outlined by the Office of Family Assistance. Employee must possess a valid driver’s license and must have access to transportation for required travel.
