Under close supervision, at the entry level, enter data and review documents for accuracy to confirm eligibility according to WV code, PEIA plan document, Summary Plan Description and Shopper's Guide. Works with various reports. Professionally assists benefit coordinators, members and coworkers with account and/or member issues via email, telephone, and/or face to face. Assist customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and explaining benefits, rules, regulations and agency policies. May travel throughout the state at times. Performs other duties as needed.
