This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your cases, work independently after receiving comprehensive training, and make a tangible impact in the workplace through your investigations.Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth investigations into allegations of federal and state code violations, administrative rule, and/or statutes.Manage a caseload, ensuring investigations are completed within a 90-working-daytimeframe.Collect, document, and analyze evidence, maintaining accurate investigative files.Compile final case reports that outline your findings in a clear, concise manner.Work independently to resolve personnel complaints related to workplace discrimination or harassment.
