The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and skilled in customer service and administrative support.Key Responsibilities: Manage and update Constant Contact account, ensuring that all contacts are accurately entered and the mailing list is consistently maintained for office communications.Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails accurately and efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.Coordinate appointment scheduling and oversee meeting room calendars.Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.Address general inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.Assist the Administrative Assistant with tasks and projects.Serve as a backup for cashiering duties when required.Required Skills: • Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Excellent listening skills and ability to address customer and staff needs effectively.• Professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Preferred Attributes: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.Additional Expectations: This position requires dedication, reliability, and excellent attendance to ensure smooth daily operations.
