Under general supervision, performs professional work in interviewing clients to explore history and scope of addiction. This position seeks to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with local mental health agencies. In coordination with the treatment team, plans discharge of clients including post-care activities, counseling, and living arrangements to reinforce progress. Provides programming for offenders who are eligible for parole. Performs related work as required. Required to successfully complete correctional academy. Required to work security posts, as necessary. Direct inmate contact. Performs related work as required.
