Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a lifeguard and supervise swimming activities at the aquatics facility
- Develop and implement aquatic programs to promote water safety and physical fitness
- Collaborate with instructors to deliver swimming lessons and other aquatic programs
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and progress

Requirements:
- Certified Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certificate or equivalent
- American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent
