What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Dietary Manager position at West Woods of Niles?
West Woods of Niles is in search of a Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent & willing to train to implement and maintain effective and efficient dietary department systems and provide food service to residents in a safe, cost-effective and efficient manner. Obtains nutrition and medical history, current diet orders and food preferences upon resident admission.
Wage information:
- $23.85 -$25.85/hour (based on experience)
- Including additional employer paid $0.85/hour through 09.30.2025

Qualified candidates will have:
- Current CDM OR Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field
- A minimum of one year of experience delivering services in a Long-Term Care environment
- The ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
