Westaff is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Hartford, CT area!
Hours : 8am-5pm Monday- Friday
Pay : $45,000-55,000 based on experience

Responsibilities```
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.Lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.Skills```
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field.Strong knowledge of market trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscape.Proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce or other CRM systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.Strong project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with clients.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
