Seeking Experienced Heavy Industrial Maintenance Mechanics!
Shift : 1st shift
- hours vary based on location
2nd shift is available in Middletown and Meriden, CT
3rd shift available in Meriden, CT
Pay is based on experience
Heavy Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Job Responsibilities Include :
Perform routine tasks on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.Supervise and coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or modifications.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.Assist with painting projects as required to maintain aesthetic quality of properties.Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall facility operations.Heavy Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Job Requirements Include :
Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.EXPERIENCE with Food Production Equipment, regulations, and restrictions (FDA / USDA)HVAC, electrical, and welding experience preferredProficiency in electrical systems, including troubleshooting logic controllers.Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead projects effectively.Experience in residential painting techniques and materials.Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Maintenance Technician Associates Benefits :
