Weekly Working Hours: 40
Responsible in the processing of all consumer loan payments and payoffs for active and charged off loans and lines. Responds to service requests. Calculates interest, loan payments, and balances. Handle the phone call inquiries in regard to consumer loan payments. Prepare histories for consumer loans.
Consumer Boarding:
Performs boarding (data entry) functions for Consumer loans (Indirect and Direct). Responds to service requests, handle phone call inquiries, calculates interest, loan payments and balances, review billing statements and does account research. Assists with special projects and performs additional job-related duties as required.
Commercial Boarding:
Performs boarding and maintenance functions for Commercial loans. Primary responsibility is the preparation, boarding and maintenance of all commercial and special handling loans. Monitoring and maintenance for all special handling designated loans.
Responds to service requests, handle phone call inquiries, and does account research. Assists with special projects and performs additional job-related duties as required.
Requirements
- One-year general business experience preferably with banking.
- Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills a must.
- PC proficiency required, along with the ability to function under very tight time constraints with few to no errors.
- 10-key and typing skills mandatory.
- Must be detailed oriented.
