Hazard and Flood Insurance Tracking
Responsibilities
- Monitor all loan types for required Hazard and Flood Insurance utilizing reports and notifications.
- Under strict timelines send required letters and / or force placement of insurance through the bank’s designated vendor.
- Process, sort and document information for insurance documents received via mail on a daily basis.
- Reports, spreadsheets and conversation logs completed with accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service whether working with a customer directly or by working with bank personnel.
