Weekly Working Hours: 40
Under general supervision: Provides administrative support to the Training Department. Oversees Compliance Learning Management System serving as the liaison between the Bank and the LMS provider. Oversight includes tutorial completion tracking, reporting and maintenance.
Training Department Support
1. Oversee Compliance LMS to include: assigning and modifying curriculums and bank-wide completion tracking and reporting within the Bank’s Compliance Training Program
2. Oversees training class enrollments, cancellations and rescheduling requests. Enrolls participants into requested training classes. Inputs enrollment data into the HRIS. Prepares and distributes training confirmations to all enrolled class participants.
3. Monitors inventory of class materials and re-orders as necessary.

4. Participates in other special projects and performs other job-related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS NEEDED TO PERFORM JOB FUNCTIONS:
§ Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
§ Superior competence in use of Microsoft Word plus ability to type 50 wpm. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
§ Proficient in using email software and conducting Internet researches.
§ Proficient in English spelling and grammar.
§ Strong verbal communication skills especially over the telephone and to provide effective customer service
§ At least one year’s previous experience in an administrative support role.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
§ Sitting and computer input for extended periods of time.
§ Occasional standing, reaching, stooping, and squatting.
§ Lifting objects of up to 20 lbs.
MENTAL DEMANDS:
§ Paying attention to many details for extended periods of time.
§ Juggling shifting priorities
§ Patience and courtesy in responding to employee requests and concerns
EQUIPMENT USED TO PERFORM FUNCTIONS:
§ PC, fax, scanner, telephone, photocopier
