Job Captain
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Job Captain to oversee and produce high-quality construction documents. In this role, you will work independently and lead project teams as needed, ensuring seamless coordination between consultants to maintain budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the production of construction documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams and consultants to align with budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Solve complex design and documentation challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure the project’s goals, design intent, and technical requirements are met.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to uphold quality assurance and project standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working on residential and/or commercial projects.
- Strong technical capabilities and experience utilizing REVIT and AutoCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of ADA regulations, building codes, and the permitting process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills—able to understand project expectations, goals, and deliverables while maintaining clear coordination with key project individuals.
- Proven ability to effectively manage schedules and assignments.
- Design experience and a keen eye for detail.
