Job Summary:
The Client Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our audit teams and ensuring a seamless client experience. This position focuses on client onboarding, engagement coordination, documentation management, and providing administrative support to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding and Relationship Management
- Manage new client engagements by setting up files and coordinating initial communications.
- Foster ongoing client relationships by addressing administrative needs and ensuring smooth engagement delivery.
2. Engagement Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between audit teams and clients.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
3. Document and Information Management
- Collect and organize audit documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update client files in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
4. Audit Team Support
- Provide administrative support to audit managers and senior auditors, including preparing materials and reports.
- Coordinate logistics for audit fieldwork, such as travel and accommodations.
5. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to firm and regulatory requirements by gathering necessary documentation.
- Support audit teams with regulatory reporting and internal audit documentation.
6. Process Improvement and Quality Control
- Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes within the audit cycle.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Prior experience in administrative or client-facing roles preferred; experience in the accounting or auditing field is a plus.
