Job Summary
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will join our interdisciplinary treatment team to provide therapeutic recreational and activity services to patients across various age groups and populations. This role involves utilizing a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to promote recovery and wellness for each individual. Essential functions include developing group therapy sessions, conducting individual assessments, documenting clinical data, and maintaining inventory of supplies.

Requirements
A minimum of an Associate's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution is required. Licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professionals, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, is mandatory. American Occupational Therapy Association membership is advantageous, as is experience in inpatient behavioral healthcare. Certification in BLS is also expected within 30 days of hire.
