Brief Description
Coordinates and schedules client appointments. Conducts referral and intake interviews with client. Enters and updates electronic health records. Verifies client insurance prior to appointments and enters funding sources following company procedures. Requests records from other facilities to ensure continuity of care. Communicates with facilities regarding the provision or scheduling of services. Maintains telehealth connections between client and provider. Collects payments from client, providing proper receipts and securing the funds. Provides administrative clerical support to the Office Coordinator and County Director. Operates the telephone to forward calls or take messages as appropriate. Greet persons entering the building, determine the nature of the visit and notify appropriate staff of their arrival. Maintains training compliance as required by Westbrook Health Services.

Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately to convey and receive correct information.
