Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred. A Bachelor’s degree will be considered with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in behavioral health or healthcare operations management,
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
