Job Description:
Registered Nurse per diem works weekdays and is responsible for assessment of the patient, OASIS documentation, supervision of the home health aide and coordination of patient care.
A Registered Nurse on call is needed for weekend visits and is responsible for assessment of the patient, OASIS documentation and coordination of patient care.
Educational and Experience Requirement:
Must be a graduate of an accredited or approved school of nursing.
Current license as an RN in the state of CT.
Minimum of one year of home care experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills required:
Ability to use an electronic health record.
Driver’s license and current automobile liability insurance.
Ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings.
