Maintenance Assisant Summary :
The Maintenace Assistant provides a variety of standard and skilled tasks in the maintenance and repairs of center grounds and facility.
Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities :
- Works closely with and follows direction of director / supervisor.
- Maintains building and grounds in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
- Maintains and repairs basic functions of center as determined by the Maintenance Director.
- Takes care of tools and equipment.
- Remains on call when assigined for 24 / hrs a day.
- Assumes supervisor's responsibilties in his / her absensce.
- Ensures that customers / families recieve the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements for Maintenance Assisant :
- Prior experince in LTC prefered (not required)
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and capentry
