Senior Account Manager, Residential Maintenance Division
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Account Manager, Residential Maintenance Division. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management
- Drive sales by identifying and addressing the needs of existing clients and new prospects, contributing to divisional growth.
- Manage customer relationships, oversee contract renewals, and ensure client retention through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Estimate Residential Maintenance (RM) and turf services, along with enhancement projects such as plantings, pruning, and lawn renovations.
Divisional Operations & Team Management
- Lead the RM and Turf Divisions, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
- Continuously seek improvement opportunities to enhance metrics, meet quality goals, and maintain profitability.
- Oversee field managers and foremen, ensuring adherence to schedules, policies, and company standards.
- Work with the Scheduler to optimize crew routing and allocate resources efficiently.
- Manage and train divisional staff, including onboarding new hires to ensure productivity and alignment with company standards.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production rates to streamline operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and repair of divisional assets, coordinating with foremen and the mechanic to implement preventative measures.
Project & Quality Management
- Oversee all Residential Maintenance projects, ensuring clear guidance and work orders for crews.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project quality and adherence to standards.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction levels.
Growth & Strategy
- Drive divisional growth by meeting sales targets, upselling services, and acquiring new clients.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to analyze metrics, KPIs, and budgets, offering strategic ideas to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Enhancement & Snow Operations
- Manage enhancement projects, assigning tasks to field managers and overseeing progress.
- Participate in snow removal operations with the Snow & Ice Ops Team, supporting growth in the Commercial Snow & Ice Division.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Expertise in turf care and landscape enhancement project management.
- Proven experience in account management and managing field crews.
- Familiarity with LMN, Fleetio, and CompanyCam (preferred).
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong management and training capabilities; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
Compensation:
- $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
