Position Summary :
Person in this position will be responsible forthe data management needs of the program. Essential job functions include those listed below.
Essential Job Functions :
- Collect and enter all evaluation assessment data into local evaluation and SPARS databases.
- Conduct GPRA reporting.
- Develop and maintain database.
- Conduct basic statistical analyses.
- Conduct follow-up assessments.
- Distribute information to community partners on project progress.
- Finalize evaluation plan.
- Draft evaluation reports.
- Implement strategic plan.
- Conduct focus groups.
- Assist staff with data files.
- Maintain hard copy of forms and instruments.
- Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands :
Requires mobility and physical activity : Having an adequate range of body motion and mobility to work in an office, residential, or outdoor environment including standing and walking (even and uneven surfaces), sitting for extended periods of time, bending, twisting, reaching, balancing, occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds.
