ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring Seasonal Fine Dining Food Runners to join our Food & Beverage Team. The Fine Dining Food Runner is responsible for the complete service of food and beverages in our various a la carte outlets, catering to all Members and guests needs according to established rules and etiquette. Runners work closely with Servers in order to provide Members with guests with an enjoyable dining experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• As the “backbone” of the Serving staff the Seasonal Fine Dining Food Runner delivers an excellent experience for our membership and handles many different tasks simultaneously.
• Runs food from the kitchen to the table.
• Assists the waiter/waitress in clearing tables and in the serving of food and beverages, in order to provide members and their guests with an enjoyable dining experience. Helps in expediting the process and responsible for getting all side work for the kitchen ready for service.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• High School degree or equivalent preferred
• Three to six months of related work experience and/or training strongly preferred
• Basic mathematical skills preferred
• Ability to multitask and operate within a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable of Hospitality / Culinary Terms
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude throughout service
• Abide by all etiquette guidelines of fine-dining service
• Maintain team attitude, assisting where/when needed to assure a seamless member/guest experience

PAY RANGE

$16.50 - $18.00 hourly compensation, commensurate with experience
