Overview :
We are currently seeking a Community Habilitation Worker to join our team in White Plains, NY. In this part-time (up to 20 hours per week) position, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with developmental disabilities. The salary range is $17.00-$20.00 / hour.
Responsibilities :
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) :
- Assisting in the development of individuals' Community Habilitation Plans.
- Supporting individuals in achieving their chosen personalized outcomes and stated goals.
- Providing assistance, services and supports to promote independence in daily living activities within the residence.
- Facilitating the development of social skills through education, training, and role modeling.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
