The Learning Experience Design Manager leads the learning experience design (LXD) team
and collaborates with academic and business leaders across the university to create and
enhance Westcliff University's course offerings and students' learning experiences. This role
is instrumental in ensuring the successful development and maintenance of curricula for new
and enhanced courses in multiple modalities. The Manager is responsible for setting and
reinforcing high curriculum standards and course quality in all course development
processes. This position requires a strong commitment to continuous improvement and
effective communication, inclusive teamwork, innovative problem-solving, and change
communication. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Academic Initiatives and Institutional
Effectiveness.
