As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world-class service.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with our manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring a continuous long-term partnership
- Create all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor shipment and production schedules to meet responsibilities and budget
- Evaluate vendor performance to ensure the lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries
- Research and evaluate new product lines for consideration
- Reconcile supplier payments with inventory received and process associated accounts payable
- Oversee B2B / wholesale partnerships, ensuring retail agreements are being met
- Process wholesale applications to include pre-qualification, agreement, and account creation
- Schedule and manage physical inventory counts
- Oversee inventory levels through various online platforms
- Responsible for maintaining account relationships with technology and shipping partners
- Identify opportunities to improve key supply chain metrics such as out-of-stock and Overstock Rates, Total Inbound Lead Time, Delivery Speed, and Confirmation / Fill Rates.
