High-Rise Window Cleaning Technician

WestCoast Window Cleaning, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals for our High-Rise and Low-Rise window cleaning divisions. Window cleaning is a skilled labor job with a number requirements.

This job requires the ability to:
- Be on time for work
- Handle a 40 hour work week
- Carry gear in excess of 50 lbs.
- Pass a Drug Test identifying illegal drugs/substances
- Pass a Background Check
- Be able to handle heights often in excess of 80 ft. (High-Rise)

Window cleaning is an outdoor job where we are exposed to the elements of early spring, summer and late fall. This job allows the opportunity to work in varied and interesting places and not be tied to a desk, cubical, phone, grill or any particular building or office.

Our Low-Rise window cleaning division works on low commercial and residential properties utilizing Water Fed Pole systems, ladder and ground floor work.

Our High-Rise division specializes in work that requires repelling from tall buildings and can be very exciting for those who seek a challenge.

Window cleaning, at it's heart, is a production job where the product is clean windows. We are looking for people who can be motivated, stay motivated, and motivate others throughout the work day. If your looking for a job where you can "take it easy", this work is not for you.

You must be at least 18 years old to be considered for these positions.

Starting, training, and initial salary is $20.00 per hour, advancement based on performance and longevity with the company.
