What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Cleaner position at WestCoast Window Cleaning, Inc.?
We're looking for motivated individuals to work outdoors and often "above it all" with our High-Rise window cleaning crews. We're a family-owned and operated company in Spokane since 1992.

Compensation:
- Starting, training, and initial salary - $20/hr for 40 hours.
- After passing your 40 hour review, wage is increased to $20 - 28/hr depending on window cleaning experience, with annual raises thereafter.
- Eligible for monthly Production bonuses of $100-$300 at 90 days of employment- roughly $.65 - 1.90/hour increase.

Requirements:
- Be On Time For Work
- Quickly learn our processes
- Handle a 40 hour work week
- Carry 40-60 lbs of gear.
- Pass a Drug Test identifying Illegal drugs/substances
- Pass a Background Check
- Be able to handle heights often in excess of 80 ft. (High-Rise only)
Window cleaning is an outdoor job where we are exposed to the elements of early spring, summer and late fall. This job allows the opportunity to work in varied and interesting places and not be tied to a desk, cubical, phone, grill or any particular building or office.
Our High-Rise division specializes in work that requires rapelling from tall buildings and can be very exciting for those who seek a challenge.
Window cleaning, at it's heart, is a production job where the product is clean windows. We are looking for people who can be motivated, stay motivated, and motivate others throughout the work day. If your looking for a job where you can "take it easy", this work is not for you.
You must be at least 18 years old to be considered for these positions. Valid drivers license is preferred but not necessary as long as you can get to the jobsite.
We will do a background check but it is not the olny thing we look at.
