WESTconsin Credit Union is hiring a High School Student Member Services Representative for our Hudson office. What You'll Be Doing:
Our High School Student MSR position is responsible for performing routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing, along with understanding and offering WESTconsin Credit Union products to members that will help them achieve financial success.
Your Work Schedule:
Students will be scheduled to work after school and on weekends at our Hudson office. Typically, students will have a schedule of 10-20 hrs/week while school is in session and 20-25 hrs/week in the summer.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
Applicants MUST be a high school student enrolled at Hudson High School for the 2025-2026 school year. This High School Student MSR position will be temporary. It will begin in June 2025 and end in August 2026.
Qualified applicants must have excellent member/customer service skills and attention to detail. Previous cash handling experience is preferred. Strong typing and computer keyboarding skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Also, applicants must be comfortable using a proactive approach to identify member needs and offer products and services to meet those needs.
