WESTconsin Credit Union is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to fill the need for a Lead Member Services Representative that has a passion for member service! You will be working in our Menomonie North Office, where conversation and getting to know our members is a privilege. As a Lead Member Services Representative, you will work collaboratively with the Office Supervisor and Member Services Team. You will assist with such tasks as scheduling, training, and coaching the teller team. You will be comfortable modeling a proactive approach to helping members identify needs and offering products and services to meet those needs. Primary Responsibilities
- Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions
- Responds to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or directs them to proper person for assistance and resolution
- Learns to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately
- Handles all monetary transactions for members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record in customer service
- Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills
- Positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule with a Saturday rotation
