- Proficiency in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and compliance management.
- Excellent risk management skills with the ability to assess potential hazards effectively.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe working environment by implementing safety protocols and compliance measures on construction sites. This position requires a strong understanding of occupational health standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance to protect our workforce and minimize hazards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations and NEC standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide training to employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with management to develop risk management strategies that promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Monitor workers' compensation claims and ensure proper reporting and documentation of incidents.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to occupational health and safety.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
