Job Title: Vehicles to Work Program Coordinator
Reports To: Executive Director/Director of Operations
Hours: 37.5 hours nonexempt staff position from 9 am - 4:30 pm. Some after-hours, evening/weekend
flexibility may be required.
Salary Range: $44,000 - $45,000

Education: Bachelor’s degree required in rehabilitation counseling, human services, education, or
related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.

- Provide transportation barrier removal for individuals in skilled training classes deemed necessary by
- Westcott CC and CenterState CEO.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of community stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- Must be willing to drive to Ithaca when necessary and likely once a week.
- Database entry of client information, milestones, and screening tools designed to ensure individual
- and program success.
- Timely reports of program information when necessary.
- Provide outreach when necessary to promote the work of your position and its initiatives.
- Work closely with workforce development staff to help promote and support Syracuse Surge and Work
- Force initiatives and other training programs in Syracuse.
- Advise and coach under-serviced populations.
- Collaborate with team members and other Westcott CC staff.
- Attend staff training, meetings, and support agency initiatives.

- Must have your own vehicle a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be willing to take credit counseling course and pass certification test at Westcott CC's expense within first 90 days of hire.
