Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Requirements
Work Days: Monday – Friday, some Saturdays
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 10:00 am; Saturdays required during on-call duty; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance
- Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- Must be able to work Saturdays during on-call duty week; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies every 3 weeks
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification a plus!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
- Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to:
- A/C and heating systems
- Electrical and plumbing
- Appliances
- Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
- Tile, carpet, flooring
- Ceiling leaks
