Summary - We have an immediate need for a Process Engineer. This role involves working in a liquid / solids separation laboratory while also cross-training in a biological laboratory. The Process Engineer will manage multiple projects, conducting laboratory and field process analyses and testing to develop solutions for treating water and wastewater in industrial and municipal applications.
Some of the work you will do :
- Receive, process, characterize, and dispose of samples, including chemical and microbial screening.
- Conduct bench-scale testing to simulate full-scale equipment and evaluate process performance.
- Maintain and grow the microbial repository and inocula.
- Analyze and interpret testing data to generate actionable insights and determine equipment sizing.
- Perform basic analytical sampling and testing.
- Prepare and manage documentation, including testing reports, forms, proposals, and estimates.
- Clean and maintain laboratory workspaces.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers through written, graphical, and verbal methods.
