Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Humanitarian at Wester Consulting Group LLC. The role is primarily located in Boston, MA , with the flexibility for some remote work. The Director of Humanitarian will be responsible for overseeing care planning, social work, discharge planning, social services, and case management in the humanitarian sector.
Qualifications
- Care Planning, Discharge Planning, and Case Management skills
- Experience in Social Work and Social Services
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Master's degree in Humanitarian Studies, Social Work, Public Health, or related field
