We are growing! Westerkamp Group, LLC is an expanding company specializing in Revenue Cycle Management services in the health care industry. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Birmingham, Alabama office.

The core responsibilities of a Customer Service representative include the following:
- Answer Telephone calls promptly and in a polite and professional manner
- Using sound judgement when handling calls, especially with upset guarantors
- Answer questions and offer other information, as requested, to provide patient-focused service and a positive impression of the organization
- Maintains patient and family confidence by keeping all information confidential
- Internal Reports
