- Enter customer orders into Microsoft BC, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Foster excellent relationships with clients via email, phone, and correspondence regarding order status.
- Process credits for any shortages, damaged goods, or incorrect products, maintaining a high level of quality control.
- Provide backup support to the Logistics Coordinator, handling tasks such as truck check-ins, scheduling container delivery, and entering inventory.
- Train and become familiar with the sales process to effectively assist sales representatives while they are traveling or away from the office.
