Job Overview

This role plays a crucial part in the sales department, ensuring efficient processes, accurate record-keeping, and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enter customer orders into Microsoft BC, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Foster excellent relationships with clients via email, phone, and correspondence regarding order status.
  • Process credits for any shortages, damaged goods, or incorrect products, maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Provide backup support to the Logistics Coordinator, handling tasks such as truck check-ins, scheduling container delivery, and entering inventory.
  • Train and become familiar with the sales process to effectively assist sales representatives while they are traveling or away from the office.
