Main Responsibilities

- Enter customer orders into Microsoft BC, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Promote excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining open communication channels.
- Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to optimize logistics operations and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, orders, and communications.
