QUALIFICATIONS
Sales experience is preferred! This is a full-time role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM . Each workday begins at our central location, where you'll prepare for your assignments before heading out to serve our customers across the San Antonio area.
WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN
As an Experienced HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems. Your day will include identifying maintenance risks, diagnosing issues, and providing timely repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently. You will also communicate with customers to explain solutions and recommend services or upgrades when appropriate. Your role will be essential in upholding Proskill's reputation for professionalism, quality service, and results-driven performance.
