THE SCHEDULE :
Join our team as a Lead HVAC Installer at Westerly Air, where you'll enjoy a balanced work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday!
YOUR ROLE :
As the Lead HVAC Installer at Westerly Air, you thrive on the excitement of each day as you maintain, diagnose, balance, and repair HVAC systems. You expertly troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide top-tier field service support to clients, addressing their needs with professionalism and care. Whether it's working with ductwork, installing attic splits, or diagnosing complex HVAC components, your hands-on skills and in-depth knowledge make you a trusted expert in the field. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities as you utilize essential testing equipment and hand tools to ensure optimal performance and comfort for our clients. You take pride in training and mentoring apprentices, passing on your invaluable insights, and fostering the next generation of HVAC professionals.
OUR REQUIREMENTS :
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- 2 years of experience with a solid understanding of refrigeration function and theory
- Type II EPA-certified and TDLR
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and essential testing equipment
- Strong work ethic and professional customer service skills
- Ability to use Housepro software
- Ability to diagnose and replace HVAC-related components
- Ability to coach and train an apprentice
