POSITION PURPOSE
To excel in the tasks specific to this essential role, as well as participate and help develop our WCCU Cares culture. You would be responsible for providing outstanding service to our members and to our internal staff (#TeamWCCU). Your actions will directly contribute to our goal of caring about our members, their financial needs, and our community. This position will continually assist the credit union in delivering its’ Service Mission to its’ members: “We will help our members achieve financial success” by providing the best possible service to both our members and our co-workers. Job Responsibilities include being MSR and FSR capable, in addition to opening new accounts, providing new loan products, including Home Equity & HELOC loans, and Credit Card products, establishing IRAs and processing IRA transactions, assisting members with account maintenance and identifying member needs and suggesting appropriate solutions within the framework of the Member Advocacy Program. This position is responsible for assisting members either identified by the Financial Service staff or recognized by their own member contact as needing additional help in achieving financial success. Universal Financial Representative must understand and comply with all state and federal regulations and laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC policy, Customer Identification Program and Red Flag Guidelines.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school graduate or equivalent.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Thorough knowledge of member services and products provided.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One to three years of experience as a Financial Services Representative or equivalent.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Excellent communication and public relations skills.
Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
Ability to operate department-related computer applications and equipment.
Solid math and basic accounting skills.
Positive, can-do attitude
Caring & community-oriented
Strong Service & Sales skills – showing a desire for our Members to succeed

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
