As a Contract Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to planning, project management, implementation, and testing of website content changes helping the Bank deliver a best-in-class website experience. One of your key responsibilities is to apply your expertise for search engine optimization, digital accessibility, and website best practices throughout project process. Additionally, producing and interpreting website performance reports to support marketing objectives and improve user experience. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team of internal and external partners to facilitate and updates following organizational processes and procedures.Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Visual UI Designers and cross-functional stakeholders to support website updates and content consolidation.
Assist in gathering and organizing website content, assets and requirements.
Manage and publish websitecontent via content management system (CMS).
Ensure digital accessibility and search engine optimization standards are met.
Act as a liaison with development partners to ensure development work is on track for timely delivery. Support and participate in user acceptance testing, after-hours production releases, and smoke testing.
Follow business processes and procedures.
Work with legal and compliance teams to secure approval for design and content.
Maintain website documentation and training materials.
What you'll need:
8 years of related experience in Marketing and Communications or similar field
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications, IT Development or related field preferred
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Advanced knowledge of marketing processes including website management practices (QA, user testing, release management), content management systems, SEO, and digital accessibility.
Proficiency in writing and editing is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred. Some knowledge of HTML required.
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft)
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
Previous leadership experience preferred
