Job Title: Credit Analyst - ABL Specialty Finance Location: CA - San Francisco, Spear What you'll do: The Credit Analyst position is responsible for supporting the management activities and growth efforts of the Technology Banking group’s Asset Based Lending (ABL) credit portfolio. This individual will directly support and assist the Portfolio Manager(s) and Relationship Manager(s) in: 1. All activities required of sound portfolio management and 2. The underwriting of credit transactions. Proactively seek workflow tasks from the Portfolio Manager(s) and Relationship Manager(s) Complete accurate financial spreads, borrowing base calculations, financial covenants, and portfolio review related reports. Provide thoughtful financial and collateral trend analysis. Assist in the underwriting of credit transactions for new and existing clients. Maintain a current status on tickler reporting items. What you'll need: College degree (BA or BS) from a four (4) year college or university Completion of an Accounting course with intermediate-level knowledge of Excel GPA of 3.0 or higher is required. Possess strong analytical, presentation, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Detail-oriented and with ability to self-motivate and complete time sensitive tasks without supervision. Interested in working with venture-backed technology companies.
