This Business Analyst will serve in an analyst function within the Moody’s CreditLens System Administration group. This person will help to develop and update business and technical requirements for change requests to the CreditLens platform as requested by the lines of business, will assist with application configurations for various components of the system, develop line of business specific scorecards and will contribute to change management initiatives by delivering training and communications.

Credit Lens Business Analyst

What You'll Do
This Business Analyst will serve in an analyst function within the Moody’s CreditLens System Administration group. - General System Administration and user access request reviews and approvals.
- Develop and update business requirements, priority, business impact and recommended start dates for in-queue projects
- Interview various lines of business and end users to collect requirements and gain system feedback
- Work with internal stakeholder to design and build line of business specific credit scorecards and dashboards
- Document and modify business processes and procedures as needed for optimization
- Communicate timelines and set expectations with end users regarding change requests
- Assist with change management initiatives including delivering training and communications
- Assist with report design and management
- Attend daily and weekly triage meetings of incoming requests with vendor, IT, business, and other stakeholders
- Technical Responsibilities
- Handle light application configurations such as user interface field additions, form logic, validation, etc.
- Complete data mapping for system integrations
- 2-5 years relevant experience in commercial lending preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- Experience with credit process technologies (e.g. Moody’s CreditLens)
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL experience highly desirable
- Ability to impact operations and effect change effectively
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Familiar with software development processes using a formal software development life cycle methodology
