What you'll do :
Western Alliance Bank is seeking passionate, results-driven Delivery Lead / Solutions Architect to deliver innovative, industry leading solutions. We want a creative, highly-motivated lead who can take initiative, have good sense of urgency and is comfortable working in a fast paced, agile environment. Plays a key role in supporting our Business Escrow Service program navigating the business through the systems implementation as well as mapping and alignment of critical business processes.
- Plan, manage and deliver multiple complex functional projects maintaining security posture in time on budget.
- Foster a collaborative agile environment with focus on continuous improvement and delivery of working software.
- Be a primary point of contact for business partners.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the system processes and data structures that support Escrow Services including Deals, Payments, Claims, Invoices, Vesting and Taxes.
- Collaborate with business, IT and vendor crews to set expectations and document project deliverables.
- Collaborate with product, back office and sales teams to proactively address ongoing customer needs and ensure rapid resolution to open issues.
- Recommend improvements to established business processes while continuing to deliver high value in execution.
- Create comprehensive project plans and remove impediments.
- Track overall project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of business short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide timely status and project tracking to all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to mitigate project risks.
- Be hands-on and assume additional responsibilities when needed.
- Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth by collaborating with business and tech leads.
- Assist in screening and provide input to hiring decisions.
- Follow relevant company procedures and help create and maintain relevant documentation.
