What you'll do :
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management and IT Operations. This individual will have a strong background in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support critical business functions such as asset management, configuration management, incident management, change management, problem management, event management, and tool integrations. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, be proficient in development and configuration, and can prescribe and architect solutions for complex IT challenges. This role requires hands-on experience in building scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices are followed in IT operations, infrastructure management, and platform integrations.
ServiceNow Architecture & Design :
- Architect and design scalable solutions using ServiceNow to address ITAM, ITSM and IT Operation's needs.
- Develop a high-level architectural framework for ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop ITSM related enterprise standards & patterns and get them approved in Architecture Standards Board (ASB).
- Lead the development and configuration of key ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to : Asset Management (HAM, SAM), Configuration Management (CMDB), Incident, Change, and Problem Management, Event Management, and ServiceNow Integrations with other enterprise tools and systems.
