As a Treasury Management Advisor Manager for the banks National Business Line (NBL) Specialty Mortgage Services (SMS) group you'll be responsible for development of new Treasury Management business, the expansion of existing business relationships and the delivery of the Treasury Management services to new and existing customers. You'll lead a team of Treasury Management Advisors in support of regional treasury management goals. One of the key responsibilities is internal training of Treasury Management products and services to the team including Treasury Management Advisors, Relationship Bankers and other business leaders.

Treasury Management Advisor Manager

What You'll Do
As a Treasury Management Advisor Manager for the banks National Business Line (NBL) Specialty Mortgage Services (SMS) group you'll be responsible for development of new Treasury Management business, the expansion of existing business relationships and the delivery of the Treasury Management services to new and existing customers. You'll lead a team of Treasury Management Advisors in support of regional treasury management goals. One of the key responsibilities is internal training of Treasury Management products and services to the team including Treasury Management Advisors, Relationship Bankers and other business leaders.
- Responsible for supporting the Senior Director, Treasury Management Sales by managing all elements of the Treasury Management sales cycle including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis and close of sale. Manages the process to maintain a pipeline of potential targets. Uses Consultative and Strategic Sales skills to turn prospects into clients when applicable.
- Provides technical support and assistance to top-tier clients, helping to troubleshoot, and determine how and when to escalate issues.
- Designs customer-centric treasury management solutions and provides consultative expertise on the liquidity management cycle. Calls independently or with Relationship Managers on customers and prospects in the assigned territory with a focus on those with extensive, complex and/or multi-national treasury management requirements
- Will foster good working relationships and serves as a facilitator between top-tier clients and Relationship Management and TM Sales as related to technical and operational processes and requirements, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service. Maintains current and comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, industry trends, competitive environment and service issues.
- Ensures service level standards (customer service; turn-around time; risk management and regulatory compliance; audit soundness; and productivity and efficiency) are met.
- Lead and develop a team: responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development.
- Understanding of a wide variety of data sources, excel and their validation techniques, metrics, and standard definitions. Proficient in formulas and techniques to join data elements and build robust data sets. Support with monitoring and tracking KPIs for TM Product Management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and six (6) years of Treasury Management Sales or related experience.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Advanced speaking and writing skills
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
