*This is a FLSA Hourly Non-Exempt Non Supervisory Position*
Who We Are: The Guidance Center is a non-profit community behavioral healthcare provider serving the communities of Crawford, Franklin, Logan, Polk, Sebastian and Scott counties in western Arkansas.
Who Are We Looking For: We have an immediate need for a Degreed Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) within our Clarksville RCF (experienced or no-experience). We are searching for eager individuals to provide direct service contact with client(s), in the clinic setting, in order to obtain a full range of needed services. Previous experience working with behavioral health population is a definite plus but not an absolute requirement.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Education: College Degree of Some Kind
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of desktop computer, Google suite experience preferred not required
- Ability to pass Criminal Background Check/Pre-Employment Drug Screen
Responsibilities:
-In consultation with client's primary therapist, update and develop goals and and objectives relevant to identified individual goals and treatment plan according to the level of care assigned.
-Maintain/develop concurrent clinical documentation in accordance with Federal and State regulations regarding behavioral health care
-Must be able to meet productivity expectations while simultaneously demonstrating ethical treatment and billing practices
-Must be able to maintain active communication while working in a collaborative environment
